Description
Bold Wave Wall Panel — PAN 010 Large
Bold wave wall panel PAN 010 Large is the widest-spaced version of the collection’s signature wave, built for walls where scale and presence matter as much as texture. Instead of the tight, closely packed grooves found in the Small format, PAN 010 Large uses broad, sweeping curves that stretch across the panel in long, unbroken sculptural lines — a design that reads clearly from across a room and holds its own on a large feature wall.
A Wave Built for Scale
The wider spacing between curves means each groove carries more visual weight individually — rather than dozens of fine lines working together, PAN 010 Large gives you a handful of bold, deliberate strokes. That makes it especially effective on large or uninterrupted wall runs, where a finer pattern might disappear into the distance but a bold wave still reads clearly. The large panel format also means fewer physical seams across a big installation, so the wave continues as one long, sculptural gesture rather than visibly repeating tile by tile.
Application Ideas
The scale of this bold wave wall panel suits:
- Large feature walls in living rooms, lobbies, and open-plan commercial spaces
- Media walls and fireplace surrounds where the panel is the visual anchor of the room
- Hospitality projects — hotel lobbies, restaurants, event spaces — that need a bold, photogenic backdrop
- Any installation where minimizing visible seams across a large area is a priority
Like every panel in the CNC line, PAN 010 Large joins seamlessly on all four sides, so the wave continues uninterrupted from panel to panel, whether mounted vertically or horizontally, across as much wall as the project requires.
Materials & Finish Options
PAN 010 Large is available in the standard core range — MDF, NAUF, Class A fire-rated, NAUF fire-rated, moisture-resistant, Forescolor, Celtec, and solid wood — at 0.75″ or 1″ thickness. Finish options include raw/unfinished for on-site painting, a white-primed finish ready to install as shown, or a foiled finish across a range of monochromatic and wood-look colors in matte or gloss. The wide, smooth curves of this pattern make an especially good surface for high-gloss or metallic foils, since light travels further along each unbroken curve.
Installation
Allow panels to acclimatize to the installation environment before mounting, and install using standard methods for MDF or engineered wood paneling. Because the curves interlock across all four edges, adjoining sheets align automatically, keeping the wave continuous across seams rather than restarting at each panel — an especially useful feature at this larger scale, where a visible break would be more noticeable.
Sustainability & Compliance
Every panel is manufactured to order at Corint’s Florida facility, with no-added-formaldehyde core options available that meet CARB Phase 2 formaldehyde emission standards for hospitality and commercial projects.
If the bold scale of PAN 010 Large isn’t quite right for your space, compare it against the Small and Medium versions of this same design in the Wavy Panels category, or browse the broader 3D textured wall panels range.
