CNC Wall Panel Manufacturer — Custom Production in the USA Since 2004

When your project calls for wall panels that go beyond what catalogs offer, you need a manufacturer — not a reseller. Corint Industries is a direct CNC wall panel manufacturer based in Pinellas Park, Florida. We design, program, and machine every panel in-house on our own CNC routers, giving you full control over pattern, material, dimensions, and finish.

Since 2004, we have produced thousands of decorative, acoustic, and architectural wall panels for interior designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners across the United States. From single accent walls to multi-phase commercial rollouts, we handle projects at every scale — with the precision and consistency that only CNC manufacturing delivers.

For large-scale commercial fit-outs, see our commercial wall panel solutions — from hospitality and corporate offices to retail and healthcare facilities.

What We Manufacture

Our CNC routers cut, carve, and profile flat sheet material into finished wall panels ready for installation. Here is what we produce:

Decorative Carved Wall Panels Three-dimensional surface patterns CNC-carved into MDF, wood, or PVC sheets. Wavy, gouged, textured, dimensional, and slotted profiles — over 50 designs in our catalog, plus fully custom patterns from your drawings or reference images.

Fluted and Ribbed Panels Vertical and horizontal flute profiles CNC-cut to your specified width, depth, and spacing. Nine standard profiles available, or we program a custom profile to match your design. Popular for feature walls, headboards, reception areas, and hospitality interiors.

Acoustic Wall Panels Flexible slat panels, perforated absorbers, and carved diffusers engineered for sound control in offices, restaurants, studios, and commercial spaces. Our FLX series panels wrap around curved surfaces for installations that flat rigid panels cannot handle.

Decorative Screens and Room Dividers Geometric, organic, and custom fretwork patterns precision-cut in MDF, wood, PVC, and composite materials. Used for space division, privacy, architectural detail, and branded installations.

3D Textured Wall Panels Sand dune, tufting, organic, and geometric surface textures that create dramatic light-and-shadow effects on feature walls. CNC-carved for consistent depth and seamless panel-to-panel alignment.

Custom Cabinetry CNC-cut cabinet boxes, doors, and components for kitchens, bathrooms, vanities, and commercial millwork. Designed in AutoCAD and Mozaik, built to your specifications.

Beyond wall panels, we manufacture custom CNC cabinets — cabinet boxes, doors, closet components, and vanities — built to order for trade professionals.

Dimensional Signage and Letters CNC-routed 3D letters, word clouds, logos, and branded signage in MDF, wood, PVC, and HDU foam.

Our CNC production covers the full range of decorative wall products: custom fluted wall panels, 3D textured wall panels, custom acoustic wall panels, and decorative screens and room dividers.

Materials We Work With

Choosing the right material determines how your panels look, perform, and last. We machine all of the following on our CNC equipment:

MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) — Our most-used substrate. Machines cleanly with sharp detail, accepts paint and veneer, and is available in standard, moisture-resistant, NAUF (No Added Urea Formaldehyde), and Class A fire-rated grades.

Solid Wood — White oak, walnut, maple, and other domestic species. Used where natural wood grain is the design intent. We also face MDF cores with real wood veneer for the look of solid wood with the machinability and dimensional stability of MDF.

PVC / Celtec — Lightweight, waterproof, and paintable. Ideal for humid environments, outdoor covered applications, and anywhere moisture resistance is critical. PVC panels weigh significantly less than MDF — a practical advantage for installations where wall structure limits load.

Bamboo Plywood — Sustainable, high-strength, and naturally moisture-resistant. Used in our acoustic flexible panel line and available for custom panel production.

Composite and Specialty Substrates — HDU foam for signage, Fores Color (through-body colored MDF), and other specialty boards as project requirements dictate.

Our CNC Manufacturing Capabilities

Multi-Axis CNC Routing Our routers handle 2D profiling, 2.5D relief carving, and full 3D surface machining. This covers everything from simple flute cuts to complex organic textures with continuously varying depth.

Large-Format Sheet Processing We process full 4×8-foot sheets, producing panels up to 48 inches by 96 inches in a single piece. Larger installations use engineered panel-to-panel joints that align seamlessly on the wall.

Precision Tolerances CNC manufacturing ensures every panel in a production run matches the programmed design exactly. No handcraft variation between panels — critical for multi-panel walls where pattern alignment is visible across the entire surface.

Prototype to Production We produce single sample panels for approval before committing to full runs. The same CNC program that cuts your sample cuts every production panel, so what you approve is exactly what you receive.

CAD / CAM Programming We work from your CAD files (DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES), PDF drawings, reference photographs, or physical samples. Our team programs the toolpaths in-house — no outsourced programming, no communication gaps between design and production.

Industries and Clients We Serve

Interior Designers and Architects We are a manufacturing partner for design professionals who need custom panels produced to their specifications. Our trade program includes direct communication with the production team, sample panels for client presentations, and submittal packages with shop drawings and material data sheets.

We supply panels directly to interior designers and architects through our trade program — with competitive pricing, specification support, and project sampling.

General Contractors and Construction Firms Panels manufactured to specification for commercial construction projects. We provide submittals, fire-test certificates, BABA compliance documentation, and ship on your schedule. We understand construction timelines and hold our delivery commitments.

Hospitality and Retail Hotels, restaurants, retail stores, and entertainment venues. Feature walls, reception backdrops, bar fronts, room dividers, and branded installations — all produced at scale with consistent quality across multiple units or locations.

Residential Clients and Homeowners Accent walls, headboards, fireplace surrounds, wainscoting, and custom cabinetry. We work directly with homeowners and with their designers or contractors — whatever arrangement makes the project run smoothly.

Furniture Manufacturers and Millwork Shops CNC-cut components, panel faces, and production runs for manufacturers who need outsourced CNC capacity. We machine your designs on your schedule, to your specifications.

Sign Companies and Set Builders Dimensional letters, logos, scenic elements, and specialty CNC work for signage companies, film and TV set builders, and event production firms.

Why Choose a Direct CNC Manufacturer

Working with a manufacturer — rather than a distributor, marketplace, or overseas supplier — changes what is possible for your project:

Custom dimensions are standard. We do not upcharge for non-catalog sizes. Your panels are programmed to your exact dimensions from the start.

Pattern modifications are easy. Want to adjust a flute width, change a perforation spacing, or scale a texture pattern? It is a programming change, not a retooling.

Material options are not limited to stock. We source MDF, wood, PVC, and specialty substrates from our supplier network and match the material to your project requirements — including fire-rated, moisture-resistant, and NAUF grades.

Communication is direct. You talk to the same team that programs and machines your panels. No sales layer translating your requirements to a factory you cannot reach.

Quality is controlled end to end. Every panel is produced in our own facility. We inspect it before it ships. If something is not right, we catch it before it leaves the shop.

Lead times are predictable. Standard production is 2 to 4 weeks. We quote lead time by project, factor in your schedule, and hold our commitments. Rush production is available when the timeline demands it.
