Custom Fluted Wall Panels — Precision CNC-Cut to Your Design

Fluted wall panels add vertical rhythm, depth, and architectural elegance to any interior — from residential accent walls to large-scale commercial installations. At Corint Industries, every fluted panel is CNC-machined in our Pinellas Park, Florida facility, giving you full control over flute width, depth, spacing, and material.

Unlike off-the-shelf panels limited to one or two standard profiles, our CNC process lets you specify exactly the look you need — or choose from our library of nine proven fluted and ribbed designs. Panels ship ready for installation, with seamless joins engineered into every sheet.

Flute Profiles — From Subtle to Statement

Every project calls for a different visual weight. That’s why we offer a range of CNC-cut flute profiles, each producing a distinct play of light and shadow on the wall surface.

Half-Round Scalloped Flutes (PAN 207)

Smooth, concave grooves with a classic scalloped profile. This is the most popular fluted wall panel style for residential interiors — elegant behind a bed, along a hallway, or as wainscoting in a dining room. The rounded profile catches light softly and works well with both painted and stained finishes.

Narrow Ribbed — Sharp V-Groove (PAN 202)

Tight, narrow flutes separated by crisp V-grooves. This profile creates a fine linear texture that reads as sophisticated and restrained. It’s a strong choice for modern offices, hotel lobbies, and boutique retail interiors where you want texture without visual weight.

Flat-Top Rectangular Ribs (PAN 209)

Rectangular ribs with flat tops and square-cut channels between them. This profile has a more architectural, structured feel than rounded flutes — ideal for commercial accent walls, reception desks, and furniture fronts where you want clean geometry.

Bold Round Flutes — Deep Profile (PAN 236)

Wide, deeply carved round flutes that cast dramatic shadows. This is the statement profile — designed for spaces where the wall panel is the centerpiece. Feature walls in restaurants, lobbies, and showrooms come alive with the depth and dimension of this design.

Extra-Wide Grand Wave (PAN 239)

Our widest flute profile, with flowing undulations that blur the line between fluted panel and sculptural surface. Ideal for large-format installations where you want movement and scale — hotel corridors, conference rooms, and expansive residential walls.

Custom Profiles

Don’t see the exact flute width or spacing you need? Send us a sketch, a CAD file, or even a reference photo. We’ll program a custom flute profile to your exact specifications — no minimum order and no tooling fees for standard materials.

Materials and Finishes

We machine fluted panels from a range of substrates to match your project requirements, budget, and performance needs.

MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) is our most popular substrate for fluted panels. It machines cleanly, accepts paint beautifully, and delivers a smooth, uniform surface at an accessible price point. Available in standard and moisture-resistant grades. Ideal for painted interior walls, wainscoting, and headboard panels.

Hardwood and Veneered Plywood — for projects that call for the warmth and grain of natural wood, we machine fluted profiles directly into hardwood stock or high-quality veneered panels. Popular species include walnut, white oak, and maple. Best for high-end residential interiors and furniture applications.

PVC and Composite panels are lightweight, moisture-proof, and easy to install with adhesive or finishing nails alone. A smart choice for bathrooms, covered outdoor spaces, and rental properties where easy removal matters. PVC panels can be painted to match any interior palette.

Fire-Rated Materials — for commercial and hospitality projects that require fire-rated wall surfaces, we offer ASTM-tested substrates that meet Class A flame-spread requirements. Ask us about compliance with your local building code when requesting a quote.

Standard panel sizes: 48″ × 96″ and 48″ × 120″. Custom sizes available — we’ll engineer panel joins and layout for your specific wall dimensions.

Where Designers Use Fluted Panels

Fluted wall panels are one of the most versatile tools in modern interior design. Here are the applications we produce most often.

Residential accent walls — behind the bed, framing a fireplace, or running the full length of a living room. Fluted panels instantly elevate a flat wall into a design feature that catches light and adds dimension.

Wainscoting and half-wall applications — run fluted panels from floor to chair-rail height for a modern take on traditional wainscoting. This works particularly well in dining rooms, entryways, and hallways.

Headboard walls — a full-width fluted panel behind the bed creates a built-in headboard effect that’s both dramatic and easy to install. Popular in master bedrooms and boutique hotel rooms.

Commercial and hospitality interiors — hotel lobbies, restaurant dining rooms, retail storefronts, and office reception areas all benefit from the textural depth that fluted panels bring. Our CNC precision ensures consistency across large multi-panel installations.

Kitchen islands and cabinet fronts — wrap a kitchen island or vanity in fluted panels for a high-end, furniture-like finish. We can machine fluted profiles to match your cabinetry dimensions exactly.

Retail displays and branded environments — fluted panels serve as sophisticated backdrops for product displays, signage, and branded installations where you want texture without distraction.

How It Works — From Your Design to Installed Panels

Our process is built around getting you from concept to installed panels as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Share your design. Send us a sketch, CAD file, reference photo, or simply describe the look you’re after. Choose one of our existing flute profiles or request a custom one. Tell us about your wall dimensions, material preference, and timeline.

2. We engineer your panels. Our team prepares shop drawings with panel layout, join lines, and mounting details. We recommend material, thickness, and finish based on your project type and budget. You approve the drawings before we machine anything.

3. CNC machining. Your panels are precision-cut on our CNC routers at our Pinellas Park, Florida facility. Every flute is machined to consistent depth and spacing — no variation from panel to panel, even on large production runs.

4. Finishing and shipping. Panels are edge-detailed, labeled for installation sequence, and crated with photo documentation. We coordinate mounting hardware and deliver ready-to-install panels anywhere in the United States.

Typical turnaround: 2–4 weeks from approved drawings to shipment, depending on material and project scope. Rush production is available.
