Description
Organic Network Wall Panel
Organic network wall panel PAN 009 replaces the repeating lines found in most carved panels with something closer to nature’s own randomness: a dense, branching web of rounded channels that loop, split, and rejoin without ever settling into a predictable pattern. Some cavities are tight and narrow, others open into wider pools, so the surface reads more like a cross-section of root growth, coral, or cell tissue than a manufactured repeat — even though it’s precision-cut on a CNC router to the same tolerances as every other panel in the line.
An Irregular, All-Over Texture
Most wave and ribbon panels in the collection are built on a repeating motif that tiles cleanly from sheet to sheet. PAN 009 works differently — its network of channels is irregular by design, so no two sections of the panel look quite the same, even though the overall density and character stay consistent across the sheet. That irregularity is what gives it visual depth from a distance: instead of one obvious rhythm, the eye picks up dozens of smaller shapes and connections, and the shadows shift as the light angle changes throughout the day. Shown here in its raw, unfinished state on sand-toned MDF, the pattern already reads with strong contrast; painted, stained, or foiled, that same depth carries through in whatever color the project calls for.
Application Ideas
The organic, non-repeating structure of PAN 009 suits:
- Feature walls where a natural, unstructured texture is preferred over a geometric repeat
- Biophilic or nature-inspired interior concepts — spas, wellness centers, lobbies
- Furniture panels, cabinet fronts, and headboards that benefit from a one-of-a-kind look
- Hospitality and retail installations looking for a talking-point accent wall
Like every panel in the CNC line, PAN 009 joins seamlessly on all four sides, so the network of channels continues from panel to panel across a larger wall without an obvious seam or restart point.
Materials & Finish Options
PAN 009 is available in the standard core range — MDF, NAUF, Class A fire-rated, NAUF fire-rated, moisture-resistant, Forescolor, Celtec, and solid wood — at 0.75″ or 1″ thickness. Finish options include raw/unfinished (as shown), a white-primed finish ready for painting, or a foiled finish across a range of monochromatic and wood-look colors in matte or gloss. The unfinished sand tone shown here is a good preview of how the pattern reads before any color is added — the deep channels and rounded ridges carry the design on texture alone.
Installation
Allow panels to acclimatize to the installation environment before mounting, and install using standard methods for MDF or engineered wood paneling. The interlocking edge design keeps the branching network continuous across adjoining sheets, whether the panel is installed vertically or horizontally.
Sustainability & Compliance
Panels are manufactured to order at Corint’s Florida facility, with no-added-formaldehyde core options available that meet CARB Phase 2 formaldehyde emission standards for hospitality and commercial projects.
