Description
Interlocking Circle Wall Panel — PAN 011
Interlocking circle wall panel PAN 011 is built from a repeating grid of overlapping circles and scallop-like arcs, woven together into a continuous pattern that reads more like fabric or basketry than a typical wave design. Each circle interlocks with its neighbors, so the surface has no single dominant line — instead, the eye picks up a rhythmic, all-over texture that stays interesting up close and reads as a soft, unified tone from across the room.
A Woven, Scallop-Like Texture
Unlike the flowing vertical waves found elsewhere in the collection, PAN 011’s pattern is built on a repeating geometric unit — overlapping circles that interlock in both directions across the panel. That structure gives it a more architectural, almost textile-like quality, closer to a woven basket or scalloped tile than a carved wave. Shown here in a muted sage green finish, the color keeps the pattern calm and understated during the day, while raking light — as in the bedroom installation pictured — brings out strong contrast between the raised and recessed sections of each circle, adding real depth to what would otherwise read as a flat, painted wall.
Application Ideas
The calm, woven character of this interlocking circle wall panel suits:
- Bedroom accent walls and headboard walls, where a soft, non-directional texture supports a restful atmosphere
- Living rooms and hospitality lounges looking for a contemporary geometric texture without a bold or busy pattern
- Reception areas and retail interiors that want a subtle, tactile backdrop
- Any space where a muted, sophisticated color palette is part of the design brief
Like the rest of the CNC panel line, PAN 011 joins seamlessly on all four sides, so the interlocking circle pattern continues without a visible break across as many panels as the installation needs.
Materials & Finish Options
PAN 011 is available in the standard core range — MDF, NAUF, Class A fire-rated, NAUF fire-rated, moisture-resistant, Forescolor, Celtec, and solid wood — at 0.75″ or 1″ thickness. Finish options include raw/unfinished for on-site painting, a white-primed finish, or a foiled finish across a range of monochromatic and wood-look colors in matte or gloss — including the muted sage green shown here, which is especially effective at softening the geometric repeat into a calming backdrop.
Installation
Allow panels to acclimatize to the installation environment before mounting, and install using standard methods for MDF or engineered wood paneling. Because the circles interlock across all four edges, adjoining sheets align automatically, keeping the pattern continuous from panel to panel whether mounted vertically or horizontally.
Sustainability & Compliance
Panels are manufactured to order at Corint’s Florida facility, with no-added-formaldehyde core options available that meet CARB Phase 2 formaldehyde emission standards for hospitality and commercial projects.
