Description
S001 Shaker — 1-Piece HDF Cabinet Door
Machined from a single sheet of MDF, this true shaker-profile door has a flat center panel, a square inside edge, and 2-1/4″ stiles and rails — with zero joints. No glue lines, no seasonal movement, and no seams to telegraph through paint over time.
Why choose one-piece HDF over a 5-piece door
Traditional 5-piece paint-grade doors have four joints where stiles meet rails. As wood expands and contracts, those joints eventually telegraph through the finish — leaving hairline cracks in a paint job your customer paid a premium for. Because this door is CNC-machined from one continuous panel, there’s nothing to crack or separate. The surface is uniform edge to edge, so primer and topcoat go on smooth, without the grain-raise issues common with hardwood.

How to order
Every job is quoted individually — a 12-door kitchen and a 400-door multifamily project are priced differently, so you only pay for what you need. Send us a cutlist, cabinet schedule, or even a rough door/drawer count, and we’ll turn around a quote quickly. Helpful info to include: finished sizes (not opening sizes), quantities, raw vs. primed finish, hinge boring (bored or unbored), and your target date. No cutlist yet? Send what you have — we quote from rough numbers all the time.
