S001 Shaker — 1-Piece MDF Cabinet Door
A true shaker profile machined from a single sheet of MDF. Flat center panel, square inside edge, 2-1/4″ stiles and rails. No joints, no glue lines, no seasonal movement — a seamless door that takes paint better than anything built from five pieces.
Why one-piece MDF
A 5-piece paint-grade door has four joints where the stiles meet the rails. Wood moves, joints telegraph, and eighteen months later your customer is looking at hairline cracks in a finish they paid a premium for. This door has no joints to fail. The surface is uniform edge to edge, so primer and topcoat lay down without the grain raise you fight on hardwood.
