Custom CNC Cabinets — Built to Your Specifications in Florida
Off-the-shelf cabinets work for standard kitchens in standard homes. But when a project calls for non-standard dimensions, specific materials, unusual configurations, or decorative detailing that stock cabinets simply do not offer — you need a manufacturer who builds to order.
Corint Industries is a CNC cabinet manufacturer based in Pinellas Park, Florida. We build custom cabinet boxes, doors, drawer fronts, closet components, and vanities — all CNC-cut from your specifications using AutoCAD and Mozaik cabinet design software. Every component is precision-machined for tight-fitting joinery, flat-packed and labeled for efficient on-site assembly.
We work primarily with trade professionals: kitchen and bath designers, interior designers, general contractors, remodelers, and cabinet shops that need reliable outsourced CNC production capacity.
What We Build
Cabinet Boxes Custom-sized cabinet boxes in any configuration — base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall cabinets, corner units, and specialty shapes. We manufacture to your dimensions, not to a fixed catalog of standard sizes. Construction options include blind dado, dowel, qualified tenons, and screw assembly — chosen based on your material and application requirements.
Door and Drawer Fronts Full overlay and slab-type doors and drawer fronts CNC-cut to your dimensions. Options include flat-panel MDF doors (ready for paint), CNC-profiled MDF doors with routed edge details, and thermofoil (RTF) doors with factory-applied vinyl wrap in a range of colors and woodgrain finishes.
Decorative Cabinet Doors and Panels CNC-carved decorative panels for cabinet faces, end panels, and island panels. From geometric patterns and fluted profiles to custom artwork like our Tree of Life design — these turn standard cabinetry into a design statement. Available in MDF, wood, and laminate-inlaid constructions.
Closet Components Shelving, dividers, drawer boxes, hanging rods, and closet system components CNC-cut and flat-packed for professional closet installers. Any configuration, any material, any size.
Custom Vanities Bathroom vanities built to your exact dimensions and material specifications. We have produced vanities in solid white oak, plywood with wood veneer, painted MDF, and custom material combinations — including integrated CNC-carved decorative panels.
Commercial and Institutional Cabinetry Nurse stations, reception desks, break room cabinetry, retail display fixtures, and office storage — built in laminate, plywood, or MDF to meet commercial durability and code requirements.
For commercial projects requiring both cabinetry and wall panels, see our commercial wall panel solutions — we handle full-scope interior production from a single facility.
Cabinets are one part of our full CNC production capability. We also manufacture custom fluted wall panels, 3D textured wall panels, and decorative screens — so your clients can source panels and cabinetry from a single manufacturer.
Materials
We manufacture cabinet components from all standard panel materials, matched to your project requirements:
Plywood — The preferred substrate for high-end residential kitchens and bathrooms. Available in birch, maple, and other species. Strong, dimensionally stable, and accepts edge banding cleanly.
MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) — Ideal for painted cabinet doors and components. Machines with crisp, smooth edges. Available in standard, moisture-resistant (Medex), NAUF, and Class A fire-rated grades.
Laminate and Thermofoil — Factory-applied laminate or thermofoil (RTF) surfaces for commercial cabinetry and cost-effective residential projects. Wide selection of colors, woodgrains, and solid finishes.
Solid Wood — White oak, walnut, maple, and other domestic species for stain-grade doors, drawer fronts, and specialty components.
Specialty Substrates — Extira (exterior-grade MDF), Celtec (PVC foam board), HDF, FSC-certified panels, and no-added-formaldehyde options available by request.
Edge banding is applied in matching or contrasting material to your specification — PVC, ABS, wood veneer, or melamine.
How We Work — The Trade Manufacturing Model
Corint Industries operates as a trade manufacturer — we build cabinet components to your designs and specifications, flat-packed and ready for your team to assemble and install. Here is how the process works:
1. You send your designs. Provide your cabinet layout in AutoCAD, Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, SketchUp, or detailed dimensioned drawings. Include material specifications, edge banding requirements, and hardware prep details.
2. We review and quote. We return a detailed quote within 24 hours — including material costs, cut list, and lead time.
3. CNC production. Every component is programmed and cut on our CNC routers. Dado joints, hinge boring, shelf pin holes, drawer slide mounting holes, and edge banding are all handled in production — your components arrive ready to assemble without additional machining.
4. Flat-pack and ship. Components are flat-packed on pallets, labeled part by part and layer by layer for efficient on-site unpacking and assembly. We ship via freight to your project site or shop — anywhere in Florida and nationwide.
We supply cabinetry to the same design professionals who specify our wall panels. Learn more about our interior designer trade program for panels and cabinetry.
All cabinetry is manufactured at our Pinellas Park facility alongside our wall panel production. Learn more about our CNC manufacturing capabilities — equipment, materials, and production capacity.

Why Choose a CNC Cabinet Manufacturer
CNC manufacturing changes what is practical and affordable in custom cabinetry:
Every component is cut to your exact dimensions. No shimming, no scribing, no field modifications to make stock sizes fit. Your cabinet boxes are programmed to your layout and machined to tolerances that ensure precise assembly.
Joinery is machined, not hand-cut. Dado joints, tenons, dowel holes, hinge boring, and hardware prep are all CNC-programmed. Consistency is guaranteed across every box in a kitchen — whether it is 10 cabinets or 100.
Complex door profiles are cost-effective. CNC routing produces profiled MDF doors, carved decorative panels, and custom edge details that would be prohibitively expensive with manual methods. The same program that cuts one door cuts the entire run.
Flat-pack delivery reduces shipping costs. Components are nested for efficient packing and shipped flat on pallets. Your installation team assembles on-site — no oversized box deliveries, no damage from pre-assembled transit.
Scaling is seamless. The same CNC program handles a one-off vanity or a 200-unit multi-family project. Production consistency does not degrade with volume.
Local Manufacturing — Pinellas Park, Florida
Our cabinet shop is located in Pinellas Park, serving the Tampa Bay area and all of Florida with local production advantages:
Short lead times for Florida projects. Local production means your cabinets are not sitting on a truck for days crossing the country. Standard lead time is 2 to 3 weeks, with rush options available.
No freight costs for local pickup. Tampa Bay area contractors and designers can arrange direct pickup from our facility, eliminating freight charges entirely.
Facility visits welcome. You are invited to visit our shop, review your materials in person, and see your components in production. Direct access to the manufacturing team builds confidence that what you specified is what you get.
We ship nationwide too. While local projects benefit from proximity, we produce and ship cabinets to clients across the United States. Flat-pack palletized shipping keeps freight costs manageable for long-distance delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell cabinets directly to homeowners? Our primary business is trade manufacturing — building components for designers, contractors, and cabinet professionals. However, we do work directly with homeowners on custom projects such as vanities, built-ins, and decorative cabinetry. Contact us to discuss your project.
What cabinet design software do you work with? We design and program in AutoCAD and Mozaik. We also accept files from Cabinet Vision, SketchUp, and detailed dimensioned PDFs. If you provide a hand sketch with measurements, we can draw it up for you.
Do you install cabinets? We focus on manufacturing. For Tampa Bay area projects, we can recommend installation professionals. For projects outside Florida, your general contractor or cabinet installer handles assembly and installation using our flat-packed, labeled components.
What joinery options do you offer? Blind dado construction, dowel construction, qualified tenons, and screw assembly. The best option depends on your material, budget, and durability requirements — we recommend based on the project.
Can you add decorative CNC carving to cabinet doors? Yes. This is where our wall panel and cabinetry capabilities overlap. We CNC-carve custom patterns, fluted profiles, geometric designs, and artwork directly into cabinet doors and end panels. Our Tree of Life cabinet door project for a Miami client is a good example of what is possible.
What is the lead time for custom cabinet orders? Standard production is 2 to 3 weeks from approved drawings. Rush production is available. Complex projects with multiple material types or extensive decorative detailing may require additional time — we confirm lead time in your quote.
