Custom Wall Panels for Interior Designers and Architects

Corint Industries is the manufacturing partner behind some of the most distinctive wall panels, screens, and cabinet features in designer-led residential and commercial projects. If you’re an interior designer or architect looking for custom wall panels that are built exactly to your specifications — not pulled from a warehouse shelf — you’re in the right place.

We work directly with design professionals across the United States, providing everything from one-off accent walls to production runs for hospitality and workplace projects. Every panel is CNC-machined at our facility in Pinellas Park, Florida, and ships install-ready with labeled parts, mounting hardware, and layout diagrams.

What We Make for Designers

Our CNC capabilities cover the full range of decorative wall surfaces and architectural elements that designers specify for high-impact interiors.

Our most popular profiles for designer projects include custom fluted wall panels for clean linear aesthetics and 3D textured wall panels for organic, sculptural surfaces.

Fluted and Ribbed Wall Panels

The most requested panel style in modern interior design. We offer nine standard flute profiles — from narrow V-groove ribs to bold, deep-round scallops — plus fully custom profiles to your exact specification. Fluted panels are available in MDF, hardwood, PVC, and fire-rated substrates. Explore our full guide to custom fluted wall panels →

Textured and 3D Carved Panels

Organic waves, geometric reliefs, parametric patterns, and sculptural surfaces. These panels create dramatic feature walls that photograph beautifully and feel distinctive under the hand. We machine textures at controlled depths for consistent light and shadow across multi-panel installations. Browse textured panels →

Decorative Screens and Room Dividers

Geometric, organic, and custom-pattern screens precision-cut for space division, privacy, branding, and architectural detail. Available in MDF, wood, PVC, and composite materials, with clean edge quality that needs no post-processing. Browse decorative screens →

Acoustic Wall Panels

Sound-absorbing panels that combine acoustic performance with visual design. Our flexible acoustic panel (FLX 001) wraps curved walls and columns — a unique capability most panel suppliers can’t offer. Ideal for offices, restaurants, conference rooms, and studios. Browse acoustic panels →

Custom Cabinetry

Built-to-order kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and feature cabinetry with CNC-machined door profiles and panel fronts. We supply cabinet boxes, components, doors, and drawer fronts to your configurations and sizing. Browse custom cabinets →

For projects that go beyond walls, we also offer custom CNC cabinetry — built-to-order cabinet boxes, doors, and closet components manufactured in our Florida facility.

3D Lettering and Branded Signage

Dimensional lettering, word clouds, and branded installations CNC-cut from wood, MDF, or PVC. Perfect for corporate lobbies, retail environments, and hospitality branding. Browse 3D signage →

Need to define spaces without closing them off? Our custom decorative screens are available in geometric, organic, and fully custom patterns — perfect for restaurants, lobbies, and residential feature installations.

The Designer Trade Program

We’ve built our trade program specifically for the way design professionals work — with the flexibility, pricing structure, and specification support that ongoing collaboration requires.

Competitive trade pricing. We’re a direct manufacturer, not a reseller, so your pricing reflects factory-to-project costs with no middleman markup. Volume pricing bands are available for firms with recurring project flow.

Samples and material swatches. Request physical samples of any panel profile or material to present to your clients or include in your specification binder. We ship samples promptly so you’re not waiting through the selection phase.

One-page spec language. We provide ready-to-use specification language for your construction documents — covering material, finish, mounting, tolerances, and fire rating where applicable. Drop it into your specs without having to write it from scratch.

Submittal packages. For commercial projects, we prepare full submittal packets with shop drawings, material data sheets, finish samples, and mounting details — formatted for architect and GC review.

Named point of contact. You get one person from initial quote through delivery. No call center, no rotation. Your contact knows your project history and preferences.

How We Work with Design Professionals

Our process is engineered to fit the way design firms and architectural practices operate — from concept presentation through punch list.

Concept phase. Share a sketch, reference image, CAD file, or mood board. We advise on feasibility, recommend materials and profiles, and provide budget-level pricing so you can present options to your client with confidence.

Specification and engineering. Once the design direction is confirmed, we prepare shop drawings following AWI conventions. Drawings include panel layout, joint lines, material callouts, mounting details, and finish specifications. We apply DFM (design for manufacturing) checks so nothing gets to the CNC that hasn’t been validated.

Production. Panels are machined on our CNC routers with saved programs and fixture libraries. This means exact repeatability — whether it’s the first panel or the hundredth, the finish is identical. First-article approval is available for projects where visual sign-off is required before full production.

Delivery. Panels ship crated with photo documentation, labeled for installation sequence, and accompanied by mounting hardware and layout diagrams. Your installer gets everything needed to execute without callbacks.

Typical turnaround: 2–4 weeks from approved drawings. Rush production available.

Project Types We Support

Our wall panels for interior designers and architects are specified across a wide range of project types and scales.

Residential. Feature walls, headboard panels, wainscoting, fireplace surrounds, kitchen islands, and custom built-ins. We work with interior designers on single-room renovations and full-home new builds alike.

Hospitality. Hotel lobbies, restaurant dining rooms, bar and lounge interiors, spa treatment rooms, and branded corridor features. Our CNC precision ensures consistency across large multi-panel installations that span entire floors.

Workplace. Reception areas, executive offices, conference rooms, and co-working spaces. Acoustic panels and decorative screens are particularly popular for open-plan offices where sound management and visual privacy matter.

Retail and branded environments. Storefront displays, fitting room interiors, product showcases, and branded feature walls. 3D signage and dimensional lettering complete the brand experience.

Healthcare and education. Acoustic panels for patient rooms and classrooms, decorative screens for waiting areas, and durable PVC panels for high-traffic corridors.

For projects where noise control is part of the design brief, our custom acoustic wall panels combine sound absorption with CNC-cut visual patterns — no generic foam tiles required.

Materials and Compliance

Standard materials: MDF (standard and moisture-resistant), hardwood, veneered plywood, PVC, composite, and solid surface.

Fire-rated options: ASTM-tested Class A flame-spread substrates for commercial and hospitality projects. We’ll confirm compliance with your local building code requirements.

BABA compliant: Our panels meet Build America, Buy America requirements for federally funded projects — an increasingly common specification for public-sector work.

FSC and NAUF available: For LEED or green building projects, we offer FSC-certified and no-added-urea-formaldehyde substrates.
