Our standard lead time is approximately 6 weeks, depending on order quantity and current production workload.
What Is Custom and What Is Not?
We offer customization on select products and materials. Specialty materials are considered custom and may be subject to minimum order quantities and longer lead times.
Can Wood Products Have a Custom Stain?
Wood products can be stained or painted on-site after delivery.
For factory-applied finishes, we offer custom staining for orders of 25 panels or more.
What Is the Difference Between Finished and Unfinished Wood?
Unfinished Wood: Raw wood in your selected species. This provides a natural base that can be stained or painted to your preference.
Finished Wood: Panels that come with a clear protective coating, enhancing durability while maintaining the natural appearance.
