How we work

1. Discover: share a sketch, CAD, or reference image. We align on intent, budget band, and timeline.
2. Define: we recommend material, thickness, finishes, pattern scale, joint lines, and mounting.
3. Engineer: shop drawings follow AWI conventions. We apply revision control and DFM checks.
4. Machine: in-house CNC with controlled programs, fixture libraries, and first-article approval.
5. Finish and prepare: edge detail, labeling, and mounting hardware coordination. Submittal packet if required.
6. Crate and ship: photo proof inside each crate. Tracking shared. We target less than 2 percent shipping issues.

Lead time bands: quoted by project with standard and rush options.
Point of contact: one person from quote to delivery.

Engineering and shop drawings

• AWI-aligned shop drawings for commercial casework, hospitality features, and architectural woodwork
• Pattern development and scaling for textured and parametric-style surfaces
• Submittals and approvals: PDF with materials, thickness, mounting, jointing, and layout grid
• File formats: PDF, DWG, DXF, and production ARTCAM on request

Why it matters: good drawings save field time and make repeat ordering easy.

CNC machining capabilities

• 2D profiling, pocketing, and through-cuts
• 3D carving for textured wall panels and relief features
• Decorative screens and grillework with clean edge quality
• Oversize panel capability (confirm max envelope at quote)
• Repeatability for production runs using saved programs and fixtures

Materials we handle: MDF, plywood and veneers, hardwood, solid surface, select plastics and foams.
Flexible acoustic (FLX 001): curved walls and wraps. Ask for radius and thickness guidelines.

Mounting and install-ready delivery

• Z-clip or cleat mounting with hardware callouts
• Panel labeling and simple layout diagrams
• Edge and reveal details for clean joints
• Install notes in the submittal packet

Outcome: your installer knows exactly what goes where.

Quality and confidence

• Owner-checked QC on first articles and critical surfaces
• Revision control from quote to crate
• Go or no-go checks for common features and edge conditions
• Photo-documented crating before dispatch
